Information in your inquiry

This page collects your first name, email address, selected coaching topic, optional brief description, contact preference, optional phone number and LinkedIn profile URL, time zone, optional availability windows, and privacy acknowledgment. It also records the time, originating page, selected service, campaign parameters and supported advertising click identifiers present in your arrival URL, analytics choice, and inquiry status.

Do not include confidential employer material, medical information, names of coworkers, or sensitive personal records. This form is not suitable for urgent or emergency requests.

How information is used

Information is used to review your request, assess service fit, respond to you, manage follow-up, and understand which campaigns bring inquiries. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or authorize contact with your employer.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in the site’s hosted database. Lead access is restricted to an authorized owner account and platform administration. Hosting providers process data to operate this site. If configured, an email delivery provider sends an owner alert containing a reference and timestamp, without your inquiry description. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta tools are inactive unless configured. When configured, these tools load only after you accept optional tracking. You can reject optional tracking and still submit an inquiry. Your name, email, and inquiry description are not sent by this site’s analytics events. Advertising providers may process technical identifiers and browsing events when optional tracking is accepted.

Your choices

Your tracking preference is stored in your browser. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change it. Contact Advero through the existing coaching website to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry. Advero must verify the request before acting on it.

Retention

Inquiry records remain in the database until removed by an authorized administrator. A routine retention and deletion schedule must be finalized before this page is opened to public advertising traffic.
