BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

A Few Questions You May Have.

You don’t need to know exactly what to ask. Here are some useful starting points.

What types of workplace situations can coaching help with?

Coaching can help you think through difficult manager relationships, workplace conflict, performance feedback, conversations with HR, leadership pressure, and career decisions. We focus on your priorities, practical preparation, and options within your control.

Can Advero help if I’m on a performance improvement plan?

Yes. Coaching can help you organize feedback, identify questions about expectations, and prepare for conversations about your plan. Advero cannot change your employer’s decisions or guarantee a particular employment outcome.

Is this only for workplace problems, or can I seek general career coaching?

You do not need a workplace problem to seek support. Ongoing professional coaching and career clarity coaching can help with communication, leadership habits, professional development, and transitions.

What’s included in the introductory consultation?

The introductory conversation is a 15-minute discussion about the guidance you are seeking and whether Advero is an appropriate fit. A complimentary fit conversation is subject to Advero’s approval. It is not a substantive coaching session; coaching is a paid engagement.

Is coaching a substitute for an employment attorney or therapist?

No. Advero provides consulting and coaching, not legal, psychological, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Questions about legal rights, health, or treatment should be directed to an appropriately licensed professional.

Will Advero contact my employer?

Submitting an inquiry does not authorize contact with your employer. Coaching focuses on helping you prepare and make your own decisions. Any proposed third-party involvement would need to be discussed and explicitly agreed with you beforehand.

How is my inquiry handled?

Your details are stored for Advero to review and respond to your request. Access to lead records is restricted. Please keep your description brief and do not include confidential employer material, medical information, coworker names, or sensitive records. See the privacy policy for details.

What happens after I submit the form?

After your inquiry is saved, you will see a confirmation. Advero can review your request and contact you about fit and next steps using your contact preference. Submitting an inquiry does not book an appointment or commit you to paid coaching.

How much does ongoing coaching cost?

Pricing and engagement scope can be discussed during the introductory consultation. You can understand the proposed scope and cost before deciding whether to proceed.
